How long does it take to receive our finished video(s)?
Once you place your order and provide your Chamber’s logo, we’ll deliver your completed video within 2-3 business days. If you select premium upgrades, turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days.
Can we use our own photos to customize our videos?
Yes! You can upgrade to Custom Scenes to include your own photos of your Main Street, Member Events, and Chamber Team. Just send them to us — we’ll seamlessly integrate them into your video’s scenes.
Can we add our Chamber’s name or logo to the video?
Absolutely! Every video includes your Chamber name and logo added to the closing scene. It’s fully branded to make your Chamber shine.
How do we receive the video once it’s done?
Your final video will be delivered via private download link. You’ll receive a 3:4 video sized and formatted for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, plus embed codes for adding to your website and emails.
Are the videos unique to each Chamber?
Yes — while the base animation and script are consistent, your logo, name, and details are customized for your Chamber. The result is a polished, branded video your members will recognize as yours.
Can we post the video on our website or email it to members?
Of course! You have full rights to post, email, embed, or present your video anywhere that promotes your Chamber and its members.
What’s the deadline to order our holiday video?
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by 5pm on December 21st. Orders received after that date will be delivered on a rolling basis as production time allows.
